Wayne Benoit, Certified WAKO Canada Coach
Wayne Benoit is a blackbelt in Tae kwon do and has over 25 years experience in martial arts including Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing and MMA. He started his training in Tae Kwon Do under the leadership of Grand Master Bryan. He has competed in Tae Kwon Do and Kickboxing nationally and internationally. He is a Champion Bronze medalist for Team Canada at the WKA World Championship.
Nero Crosswell, Head Coach
Nero Crosswell has over 40 years of martial arts training and experience.
He started his
training in traditional Tae Kwon Do and received his black
belt under Grand Master Bryan.
He has furthered his career in Grappling,
Kickboxing, Boxing and Muay Thai.
He continues
to coach high level athletes
in professional and amateur MMA,
Kickboxing and Boxing events around the world.
Noah Crosswell, Instructor
Noah Crosswell has over 15 years of experience in Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Boxing and MMA.
He is a 4x Tae Kwon Do National Champion, 2014 Wako North American Kickboxing Champion, Ontario Winter Games Bronze medalist, 2016 Brampton Cup Champion boxing and Professional MMA fighter.
